TeasedbyTay & Taylor Staley do not offer refunds under ANY circumstances. ​

Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within 5 days of your original appointment.

If you are running late for your appointment please call ahead to let us know. should you arrive beyond 15 minutes you may have to forfeit your appointment completely, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.

No call/ No shows will be required to pay 100% of their missed appointment before rebooking, they may also be required to place a deposit.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or a service charge will be applied to your next appointment.
